At Fabry Anger Management Solutions our instructors offer numerous types of educational group and personal sessions.
Group sessions are offered at one of our office locations or can be requested to be ran at your company, church, library or office. The following groups are available to run if requested and enough participants are available:

Anger Management Group - Work with one of our trained professionals and learn more about anger so that you can manage your emotions in all your relationships. Our anger management program is a 10-week interactive group for adults. The goals for this 10-week program are:
• To increase awareness of anger expression patterns
• To learn how our anger experience is shaped by our development and what we can learn from our family and environment
• To identify current and past situations that fuel anger
• To identify responsibilities in the current anger situation that resulted in either a self or outside referral
• To develop specific ways to de-escalate potentially violent situations
• To decrease verbal and physical manifestations of anger, aggression, or violence while increasing awareness and acceptance of emotions
Come learn more about yourself, anger and how to improve your relationship. This group is for those who have difficulty managing their anger and for those that want to learn more about anger in their relationships. Court referrals and self-referrals are welcome, and a certificate of completion will be provided.

Fees:
$50 initial intake session (each participant is required to meet with the group facilitator prior to starting the group for 45 minutes)
$35 per group session (10 week session total is $350)
